What's included in the plan?
The plan includes patient records, calendar management and online booking, patient messaging, invoicing and payments, reports and automation tools. Every clinic gets a managed website/mini-site connected to the calendar. Hosting, updates and support are included.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is simple: one plan with a monthly-only subscription — a quick start and no long-term commitment.
Is there a setup fee or a long-term commitment?
Yes, there is a one-time setup fee. After that the subscription is monthly only (there is no annual plan). There is no long-term commitment, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Data migration packages and training are available for those who want extra guidance.
How are SMS, email, signatures and payments billed?
Messaging is included in the subscription. There is no extra charge for email or e-signatures. SMS credits can be purchased through Medform. Online payments carry a processing fee paid to the payment processor of your choice.
Can patients pay online?
Yes. You can send secure payment links via SMS, email or WhatsApp, or collect payment at the front desk. Parents/caregivers can pay for a family member, and a bill can be split between the patient, insurer and employer as needed.
Is insurance billing included in the plan?
Yes. You can set up insurers as payers, apply coverage rules, track co-pays, record claim numbers and log credits/adjustments. Billing statements and document exports are available for anyone who needs documentation.
Which reports are included in the plan?
Accounts receivable aging by payer type, end-of-day closing, revenue by provider and service type, payments and refunds, taxes, and calendar metrics such as confirmation and no-show rates. Export to CSV or Excel and schedule email summaries.
How does it work as the clinic grows and adds staff?
